This shipping & delivery policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main terms
Please carefully review our shipping & delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
UK customers can benefit from free standard delivery when they spend £50.
All products comes with 12 months warranty and free returns.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery can be arranged upon request, please contact us prior to placing an order for shipping cost.
Please note: we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

RETURNS
Free and paperless return for your convenience
All product returns are free for UK customers, however they must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returning items must be in unused condition with all the original tags and labels attached. Product must be returned with its original packaging. Please note that returns is prohibited for international orders.
RETURN PROCESS
You can initiate the return process by logging in into your account, and selecting the 'return item' under the order detail section. You will then receive a QR code via email, which you can use to to print your label at any parcel shop. The shop keeper will print the labels for you. Please retain your receipt for proof postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 2-4 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1) Non faulty worn lingerie
2) Non faulty used products
Exception can be ignored if the items are faulty or damaged. If that is the case, please contact us within 36 hours of receiving the item so we can either exchange it or issue a refund.
Please Note:
1) For non-faulty or damaged items, the items must be unused.
2) Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us within 36 hours of being delivered.
3) All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. For hygiene purposes, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused.
4) Items must be returned in its original packaging.
5) Any products that are returned back to us and are not faulty, do not meet the returns policy, will be refused refund. Contact us prior to returning any items.
6) Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7) Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8) All items must be received within 30 days.
9) We offer one year warranty all toys. If the toy develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange. After three months, it is an exchange only.
10) If we suspect that the item has been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the items back to you.
