Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● (Non-faulty) Worn Lingerie
● (Non-faulty) Used products
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● Contact us before returning any products.
● For non-faulty or damaged items, the items must be unused.
● Damaged or faulty products need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
● All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused.
● Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging
● Any products that are returned back to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be refused refund. Please get in touch prior to returning faulty products.
● Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
● Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
● All items must be received back within 30 days.
● We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
● If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders are dispatched Mon - Fri - Before 15:00.
Orders made after 15:00, on Friday, will not be dispatched until Monday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
