What is the delivery fees?

Our delivery fees are determined the type of shipping you choose. We offer free standard delivery on orders totalling £50. Our next day delivery cost £7.99 whilst the standard delivery is priced at £4.99. For more information, please read our shipping and return policy.

What's's the return policy?

Our return policy is a very simple one: return the goods in the original condition. Please ensure that the product is unused. Returning any goods were the box has been opened, will invalidate your return claim, with the exceptions of faulty or damage goods. Please read our return policy for more information.

Can you ship outside of UK?

Yes, we can ship outside of UK. For international orders, please contact us prior to placing an order so we can calculate the shipping cost.

do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer free returns on all orders with an absolute, hassle-free return process. No printer will be required. Just visit your nearest parcel shop and they will do the rest. To begin the return process, just log into your account, and access your previous orders, and select an item to return. We will then email you a return label.

is the service discrete?

Absolutely! Our products are shipped discreetly in a brown box, and the only person who will know what's in the box, is you.

Can i collect my parcel from post office?

Yes! Once your order is despatch you can choose to divert your parcel to Post Office or to an alternative safe place.

Can I pay in installment?

We do not offer buy now, pay later plan, but we do offer instalment payment plans. We have partnered with PayPal to offer our customers this flexible payment option, so the total cost can be spread over 3 months period. To learn more about PayPal Pay in 3, click here.

Can I cancel my order?

No, once you have made a purchase, the order cannot be cancelled. If you do need to cancel your order, contact us via email, and we will cancel it for you, assuming the order has not been despatched. If the order has been despatched, then its too late. You will have to wait until you receive the delivery, and then return it back to us before we can process a refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been despached, we will email you the order tracking number so you can track your order with our couriers. It's a very easy process.

Any product warranty?

Yes! All of our products comes with 12 months warranty, so if the products develops a fault during that timeframe, we will recall the product and offer to fix or replace, subject to availability. To learn more about product warranty, please contact us.

Do you offer any discounts?

Throughtout the year, we offer various discounts. Currently we are offering new customers 10% off. Our existing customers can get 15% off when they subscribe to our newsletter. Also, we have a discount code for customers that decides to follow us on Instagram.
