Giving you a peace of mind with our 12 months warranty on all sex toy products. If a product develops a fault during the first 12 months, we can help. We will repair it or offer replacement, subject to availability.

Thank you for purchasing our product. We are forever committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. The following terms and conditions outlines warranty for our sex toy products.
warranty coverage
All of our sex toy products comes with 12 months warranty, starting from the date of purcahse. In the event of a fault developing, you can put in claim, providing it is under warranty period.
warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
1. Accidental damage resulting from misuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
2. Wear and tear due to normal use.
3. Damages due to unauthorised repairs or alterations.
4. Damages caused by product being disassembled or tampered with.
5. Issues arrising from improper storage.
6. Cosmetic damage, such as: scratches, dents or discoloration that does affect functionality.
Warranty claim process
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team within the 12 months of product purchase date.
2. Provide proof of purchase (order number and name).
3. Describe the fault in detail, including images and or videos.
Once we have received your claim, our team will then provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Warranty remedies
Upon successful warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:
1. Repair the faulty product.
2. Replace the product with similar model (Subject to availiability).
3. Issue a refund if step 1 or 2 fails.
Replacement products
Replacement products or parts that are provided as part of the warranty are covered for a further 12 months period.

As a way of ensuring that your product remain in the best condition, we advise that you folllow tge care and maintenance guidlines provided in the user manual. Failure to follow these maintenance guidline will results in your warranty claim being voided.
